When the owners of this 3700 sq ft home in Palmetto Bay called Rausa Builders Corp to re-roof their home they had multiple leaks and the roof covered in a tarp to prevent damage inside the home. Being such a large roof, the most economical way to replace it would be to replace the existing Flat Cement Tile with a 3-Tab Shingle Roof.
