The owners of this REO property in Homestead acquired the property with a building violation and HOA violations. Rausa Builders Corp was contracted to cure the violations and get the property in sellable conditions for potential buyers requiring financing.
The building violation for Work Without Permit was due to the previous owners enclosing the rear terrace and converting it to livable space. The HOA Violations were for fallen fence and the property being in disarray. The HOA violations were an easy fix, but the building code violation required some demolition in order to revert the property to it’s previous state. Three concrete walls with windows were removed, electrical & plumbing work was also corrected.
