This cement tile roof installation & flat roof replacement were part of a residential addition project in Miami Shores. The flat roof was part of the existing structure with an HVAC Package Unit above and the ducts running into the existing pitched tile roof. The new master bedroom & bathroom addition increased living space by 500 sq. ft. and was designed with higher ceilings.
The cement tile roof in the photos below was the Spanish “S” Nuevo by Boral®.
