Traditional and classy best describe the Verea® clay roof tile picked by the homeowners of this two story residence in Kendale Lakes. The roof tile color installed was Red (a.k.a. terracotta) and the style is Spanish-S Tile. These tiles are imported and more delicate to install, therefore making them more expensive than a concrete tile roof, but the end result speaks for itself.
