These are before, during & after photos of a garage conversion we completed towards the end of 2017. It was converted into a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room for a growing family in the City of Miami.
This conversion required lifting the new floor to the same level as the existing main floor. The elevated floor facilitated the relocation of plumbing & electrical conduits for the bathroom and laundry. Interior wood flooring was installed to match the existing flooring at the foyer. The conversion was done from start to finish, including installation of framing/partitions, drywall, windows, doors, vanity, plumbing & electrical fixtures.
